We offer premium short term accommodation on the incredible Waiheke Island.
We are centrally located in the iconic Palm Beach that is on a main bus route & within 15mins from the main ferry building.
Like most properties on the Island, we have a steep driveway providing access to our quiet and secluded property. The driveway is fully paved / illuminated at night but we recommend all wheel drive vehicles.
Free off street parking is available for all guests or make use of our onsite rental car for island travel convenience.
Our site has a communal laundry offers guests a large smart washer / dryer for us between 10-5pm.

Kiwi Suite - 2 Bedroom
Features: 2 x bedrooms with super king beds, kitchen, bathroom, large deck.
Fantail Suite - Studio
Features: Studio layout with queen bed, kitchenette, bathroom, balcony.
Tui Suite - Large 1 Bedroom
Features: Large unit with separate bedroom offering king bed, kitchen, bathroom, balcony.
Kingfisher Suite - Large Studio
Features: Larger studio layout with king bed, kitchen, bathroom, balcony.
